Complete Oven Cleaning Surrey Limited

By instructing us to carry out any service we offer, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Complete Oven Cleaning Surrey Limited as set out below.

OVEN & APPLIANCE CLEANING

Oven and appliance cleaning prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. If the appliance is found to be significantly more soiled or different from the description provided, additional charges may apply. This will always be discussed with the customer before work commences.

We may need to remove certain parts of the appliance in order to carry out a thorough clean, including but not limited to:

  • Doors

  • Racks and trays

  • Removable panels

  • Fan covers

While every effort is made to restore appliances to a high standard, some marks, staining, corrosion or wear may be permanent and cannot be removed.

Customers must ensure that the appliance is switched off, cool and empty prior to our arrival.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove any valuables, fragile items or obstructions from the surrounding work area before the appointment.

Larger appliances or integrated units must be accessible. If areas cannot be accessed or safely cleaned, this may affect the result.

STAINING, DAMAGE & LIMITATIONS

No guarantee can be given for the complete removal of heavy carbon build-up, burnt-on food, permanent staining or damage.

Results may vary depending on:

  • Age and condition of the appliance

  • Previous cleaning products used

  • Level of wear and tear

  • Existing damage or corrosion

Some surfaces, coatings or glass may already be weakened. In rare cases, cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or faults. By accepting our quotation, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that Complete Oven Cleaning Surrey Limited will not be held responsible for pre-existing faults or failures.

The customer authorises us to carry out the clean subject to the above limitations and agrees to pay the full agreed amount whether or not full restoration is achieved.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

Customers must provide:

  • Safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Access to electricity and water if required

  • A safe working environment

A suitable parking space for one vehicle must be available. If parking charges apply, these will be passed to the customer.

Customers must inform us in advance of:

  • Any known appliance faults

  • Gas, electrical or mechanical issues

  • Any risks or hazards within the property

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the appliance is unsafe.

ESTIMATES

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

If the information provided prior to visiting the property is incorrect, the final price may differ. Either the customer or a responsible person must be available to confirm the quotation before work begins.

PAYMENTS

Invoices may be issued via email. By providing your email address, you consent to us contacting you for invoicing and service communication.

By accepting a quotation, whether in writing or verbally, the named person or company agrees to pay the full amount on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.

Payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer (BACS)

  • Cash

Payment details will be provided on the invoice.

Late payments may result in recovery action. If payment is not received within 60 days, we reserve the right to pass the debt to a collection agency. The customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

COMPLAINTS

If no written notice of complaint is received, it will be assumed that the services have been completed to the customer’s satisfaction.

Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of the service. All complaints will be investigated and reasonable steps taken to resolve any issues.

CANCELLATIONS & ACCESS

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a call-out or cancellation charge.

RIGHT TO REFUSE WORK

Complete Oven Cleaning Surrey Limited reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work where necessary. Reasons will be communicated to the customer. Any pre-payment made will be refunded.

LIABILITY

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, unless it is proven to have resulted from negligence or lack of reasonable care.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults

  • Appliance failure due to age or wear

  • Issues unrelated to the cleaning process

CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
